Bishop Franklin L. Glover, Sr.

The honorable Bishop Franklin L. Glover, Sr. grew up in Powder Springs, Georgia. He is one of eleven children born to Mr. and Mr. Marvin F. Glover, (deceased) His father was a brick mason by trade and mother is a homemaker. Both were also very involved in the church and community.

After High School, he answered the call of God in his life and was later ordained as a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ at an early age. He received his teaching under Chief Apostle Raymond Moss, Sr. of the Back to the Bible Holiness Church, Marietta, Georgia.

In 1971, he married to Evangelist Loretta Jones Glover. They have five children in which are in support of the ministry. Two of his sons are ordained ministers; Elder Leviticus V. (Alexis) and Elder Micaiah D., (Matosha) one daughter, Minister Amber S., Mr. Franklin L., Jr., and Mr. Cedric S., eleven grandchildren: five great grandchildren.

In 1998 Elder Glover was asked to pastor in Cedartown, Georgia where he stayed for five years. This mission began with two members and his family. The membership grew so quickly that he followed the leadership of God into a new realm. In 2003 he became God’s visionary, founder and leader of what is now known as Restoration Tabernacle, Inc. located at 52 International Court Dallas, Georgia. In 2004, he was properly selected by the Board of Elders to be ordained as Bishop over this organization.

Thus Bishop Glover truly believes in his attempt to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ in being concerned about the welfare of the total person; physically, spiritually, financially, and psychology. Insomuch that Bishop Glover was chosen and awarded as one of the 2007 Atlanta Gospel Choice Awards and Gospel Superfest winners for Pastors that engage in community assistance. His vision has taken the church to new heights.

Evangelist Loretta Jones - Glover

Evangelist Loretta Jones Glover is the most honorable First Lady of Bishop Franklin Lewis Glover, Sr. serving in several capacities with her husband at Restoration Tabernacle. The have been married since 1971. In her willingness to follow the vision and outreach ministry along with her husband and leadership of God has taken the Restoration Tabernacle to victorious living through Christ.

She received her tutelage under the late Chief Apostle Raymond Moss, Sr. (Founder and Pastor),and Mother Mamie Nelson, Church Mother and Evangelist Clara Mae Jones, (mother), all of Back to the Bible Holiness Church, Marietta, Georgia. She also graduated from the Western Georgia Ecclesiastical Institute in 2020S in Theology. She has ministered in preaching and singing to the multitude in street ministry, tent revivals, and many churches of different faiths. She has a great desire for souls to be saved and delivered, and the will of God fulfilled in her life.

Evangelist Loretta Glover is the proud mother of five children, 11 grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
